You can make your own Cossack light hat at home. Michael Richards is the man who came up with the design and who starts in The Movie.
It is a far better design than the dear old bucket Eliza. It is both easier to make and definitely more comfortable to wear.
It is a low-cost way to get red and near infrared light onto your head. And if I can make it, anyone can.
